EPEBA has been closely working with the City of Chicago Department of Planning and Development along with 39th Ward Alderman Samantha Nugent to consider the feasibility of creating a Special Service Area along the Pulaski/Elston business corridor.  We are seeking a consultant to work with our organization to establish an SSA in 2022.  Please view the RFP for more details.
